- There must be no open sales sessions. First close the register or end any sales session in progress.
If this requirement is not met, product categories in Point of Sale cannot be removed or changed effectively.
Go to the home screen, where all POS modules are displayed.
On this screen, start typing "Categories" and find "Point of Sale / Configuration / Products / PoS Product Categories". Select that option.
