Let's go through the steps
Go to the POS main menu.
In the main menu, start typing the keyword "Pricelists".
The system will automatically display a search bar with a list of options matching the term entered.
Select "Point of Sale / Products / Pricelists"
The system will take you to this view, where you can check existing pricelists and/or create a new one.
Click "CREATE" in the upper-left corner.
This opens a simple form for creating the new pricelist.
In the first field, enter the name you want to give your pricelist.
Now add a filter for this pricelist by clicking "Add a Line"
A pop-up window will appear, where you can enter the rules for this pricelist. You can add:
- A Calculation
- Discount
- Conditions
For this example: a 5% discount on all products.
After saving the information, the new pricelist will be available.
To delete, export or archive the pricelist, select the checkbox to the left of its name, click "Action" at the top and choose the required option.
After applying the changes, open Point of Sale and select the products you want to sell.
Pay close attention to the original prices before applying the example pricelist.
Once you have selected the required products, click "Public Pricelist".
In the pop-up window, select the pricelist you want to apply to this purchase.
When you apply the list with its 15% discount rule, the prices automatically change to their final values.
